You Must Be 21 Years of Age Or Older To Participate As A Volunteer At This Event

An OLCC Service Permit is not required to participate as a Server at Cheers to Belgian Beers.
Servers must refrain from drinking any alcoholic beverages at least 4 hours before the start of their shift. Servers are not permitted to any drink alcoholic beverages during their shift
All servers get a festival glass, 8 drink tickets, and T-Shirt.
Friday night volunteers get admission to Saturday.
Saturday night volunteers get to sample beers that have run out during the day, free admission on Friday to the Fresh Hops Fest in 2017 or Cheers to Belgian Beers in 2018.
Volunteers will be given a Food ticket which can be used as $5 towards food or for and additional 8 drink tickets.
Volunteers can also buy additional drink tickets for themselves for 8 drink tickets for $5.
Penalties for minors and Visibly Intoxicated Persons (VIPs)
Providing alcohol to a minor or a VIP will result in criminal penalties up to and including a $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
